There are dozens in Buff also. Who want to remain totally UTR to a few regs they have seen before at nice grandfather rates. All part of that, treat em right and reap the rewards.

Yes I have a few Spinner UtRs in Syracuse and one in Rochester that I’m just a Ben for QS. According to the. It’s worth it for them
