i see it mainly in the context ofnegativity/legit conflict. no kid wantsto come home from school every day thear their parents denigrating eachother. that's what it feels like when she goes after new members. it's not humorous, playful, clever or entertaining; it's just toxic.

Delimex007 has outlined policies and procedures that can be used to address members' legitimate concerns. i suggest that true vitriol should be avoided, as it makes this a place with a vibe similar to hearing your parents insulting each other every day.

it takes two to tango. drama requires at least 2 parties, one of whom is on involuntary leave at the moment. i refer to the second party as a generic "new member." when a "new member" gets attacked without provocation, i see that as a problem.
