Has the market hit the bottom

There's a big dip and I wish I would have put a short on the s & p. Instead of pulling out, nows a good time to try and rebalance for long term savings as the market will inevitably trend upwards. If you're looking to make fast cash, that's a no go unless you're feeling froggy about shorting some index funds.
