will Trump attend Biden' funeral ?

IIRC, Trump sent Pence to attend John McCain's funeral. I don't know if Biden's relatives would even want Vance to attend. I could see Mitch McConnell being the highest GOP member to attend, as they were colleagues in the Senate.

If he is not he will not attend.

I agree. If Biden dies during Trump’s term, yes, he will attend.
If after Trump’s term is up, no.
