I agree with the guys and it's your business you need to run it the way that you want to and to stay safe. Like they said you have a great reputation all around. For some email seems like a trap or a scam maybe or could take to long to get an answer for same day or next day appointments.

I decided to get a Google Voice and test some things out just to see. I know I don't have to keep my phone on loud or worry about being bothered.
