BCS Chaos!!!!

At least Bedlam has some meaning next week. With Ok. State at 4, if they beat OU, they could be headed to a Natl. Championship against Arky/LSU or Bama. We've had plenty of No. 1 vs. No. 3/4 situations in the past, which is complete crap in and of itself, but that's for another topic I'm afraid. Good night everyone, and happy hobbying!

I will be at the Arkansas at LSU game and will be cheering LSU all day. More $$$$ in my pocket lol!

If ARKANSAS rolls into Baton Rouge next Friday and pulls the upset, you're going to have REAL BCS chaos on your hands. LSU should win (however) the way things went this weekend, nothing would surprise me the rest of the way before it's decided which two teams deserve the final top 2 rankings.

And why can't UT find a quarterback anymore from all of the Blue Chippers in the land??? C'mon, Mack! They're out there...just go and get yourself one (a GOOD "one")!

Woo-hoo, UT over A&M by 1pt! What a game...kinda reminded me of the Cowboys game! I have to say...some pretty bad calls that could have changed the outcome, but a win is a win! Sad to see A&M go...good-luck to all you A&M fans!

And Arkansas just went ahead of LSU 7-0 at the beginning of the 2nd.
And Nikki - I really had no favorites in the Texas/A&M game last night. I must admit that Personal foul giving the Longhorns that first down really surprised me. Kinda shoots a hole in the age old theory about home teams getting the call. Missed the news but did that referee make it out of College Station in one piece?

I watched the A&M/UT game as a Baylor fan so I didn't really have a horse in that race, but it looked to me like the calls down the stretch sure favored UT. The Personal Foul call was obviously a bad call and the lack of a pass interference call against UT earlier where the defender had both hands on the receiver. Even the game announcers said was a missed call. The Aggies had to settle for a field goal on that drive instead of having a first and goal at the 5 yard line. It made me wonder if the Big 12 referees wanted to make sure that A&M didn't leave the conference with a win over UT.

Besides that, I thought the UT defense was outstanding in the second half.

Hi Johnphil! Yes, hate to say it, but it was pretty obvious the calls were lop-sided!

I wonder how much the refs got paid to call some of that BS against A&M? As one announcer said, a ref. should not have an influence on the outcome of a game, but that is exactly what they did. Nothing they can do but move along, and hope for better. I do think that Sherman's days are numbered after going 6-6 this year...

LSU put Arkansas away in the 2nd qtr. now let's see if the can manage the SEC championship.

LSU travels well; but the championship game is essentially a home game for the Bulldogs and they are on a roll. GA over LSU
