As long as it's previously been discussed, I have no problem with a man waking me in this manner, ok, no problem is the wrong word choice, I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE it. I rarely wake up in a bad mood, and this only makes it better. I also like to to wake my partner in this way if I'm up first. I've never had a complaint.
I don't think that having sexual interest in a sleeping girl is "rapey" as long as its been discussed and is consensual I think it can be pretty hot. I tend to need my personal space when I sleep. Big bed is a plus for me. Not saying I wouldn't enjoy waking up hard in my lady's mouth but there is a distinct possibility of her getting a knee jerk reaction kick or smack in the head before it even gets close to that point and I'll never even know what happened.
