I see WTF has been busy while I was away. I don't know if I caused him to think or if he thinks he is setting an elaborate trap. Considering what he said about IB, I would guess the latter. I did post more than my comments on his lack of manners and class but he has declined to bring that up.

However, I was raised with manners and do believe in opening doors for ladies, pulling out their chairs, and treating them with a certain decorum. How many have degrees, run small businesses (that is what this is), and conduct themselves in a somewhat dangerous profession.
