as I said I had multiple issues this day resulting in having to cancel appointments, I did not screw up thats life and shit happens that I can't control...I'm not even sure what was written so I can't even dispute what was said. if anyone is going to take the side of someone who is obviously bitter and has nothing else better to do, I don't want to see them anyways. I am a great provider and all but one review reflect that.

From a disinterested 3rd party in this debate, I must say that the cell phone excuse is so over used it borders upon the abusrd.
I have been using cell phones since 1992. I have had very few instances which my phone was not working properly, and if so it was due to me traveling or very bad weather( in your case that could have been the issue).

Most of us guys just laugh when the 2 most common reasons( car, cell phone) why a Provider NCNS's or cancels at the last minute.

You are a young woman with probably very little real world business experience and experiences. Most of us men are Professional Businessmen who if ever gave an excuse that our car or phone was not working properly we would either be fired and/or lose any further respect we may have garnered or lose that account we worked so hard to get.

Perhaps the OP is thinking along these lines too, as to why he posted your poor TCB last week

Least you not forget this is a business first then pleasure second.

I suggest you simply move forward and put this behind you and get a good phone!!!

Alayna, looks like you have lots of good reviews. Don't sweat it and whoever isnt happy will get over it. Things happen stuff goes wrong sometimes...its just part of life. You apologized to the person and just leave it at that. If people wanna judge, let em. Glad you got your phone workin again !

But seriously with the phone issue, buy insurance with your cell phone if you use a major carrier. If that phone breaks, you can get a loaner from them until the replacement comes in via UPS.

You could also buy two cheap hobby phones and load them with minutes. Save one for when you have "phone issues" with one.

Not too hard to do IMO especially when the phone is VITAL for a provider

Look, I have no doubt that you had a bad day. My issue was that I never heard back from you when you initially missed the appt. in the AM, and subsequently when you said you'd see if you could "move some things around" to meet up later that afternoon.

If you have to cancel, cancel. Just have the courtesy to let me know you're cancelling....that's the entire point of my post.

You're beautiful and I had a great time with you the one time I met you. I'm sure you'll do just fine with or without my endorsement.

For me personally. the issue is closed.

I had the pleasure to see Alayna today after being canceled on on Tuesday.
She did get a new phone and scheduling today was easy and professional. I was upset Tuesday but I decided to give her another chance later in the week. I'll post a review shortly but I'm glad I contacted her again today
