I tip if the companion has a problem watching the clock and keeps on playing with me well past the scheduled end, particularly if the extended ride is really good. Otherwise, no.

Personally, I believe the greatest form of appreciation I can show a lady that has spent extra time with me or rocked my world in some out of the ordinary fashion is to write her a good review, or email a circle of buddies about her or immediately reschedule with her for another appointment.
