I think1-2 hours is best.. well, for me.. but then there is the $ x hr = problem. It's literally a case of paying for the "time". I'm not gonna do more in 2 hrs than I am in 1, but I sometimes feel rushed with just 1 hr, especially if the lady has a luscious body.. I like to take time to enjoy the toy I just rented... and hopefully, (yeah right!!~) let her relax and enjoy the time as well. It's funny, it's evolved to the point that we are paying to make ourselves happy, under the delusional cover that we're making them happy.. harrumph!

Each of us will have a different answer on this based on the activities we prefer, the particular provider, etc.

For me a date will be Dom/sub oriented, and as such, will include at a minimum: the submissive serving me, perhaps a warm bath, perhaps shaving my balls, etc.; and of course rope bondage; and impact play. All of this takes time.

So my own answer is 4 to 5 hours. And I always try to set up a date with a flexible end point. Perhaps 4 hours minimum with a 5th if we both want to do that. For me, this takes away the need to watch the clock, and allows a more relaxing atmosphere.

Having said that, I must echo something said above - a first date will always be shorter, 2 hours max. Just need to figure out if we will enjoy each other, and provide an opportunity for the necessary trust (for BDSM activities) to develop.

90-120 minutes is all I can afford in $$$ and schedule...

When I get down to Dallas we are going to have to set up an all night session, because there is just to much to do. 1-2 hours doesn't feel like it would cover what I want to do with you, or Athena for that matter.

Normally an hour covers what I want done but then you hear about people like Rain and Athena and you tell your self not enough time for whats playing in my head.

I'm learning that I like 3 hour sessions most, especially with 1st time meetings. Of course, there's been a few 1 hour sessions that I'm glad didn't go 3, and I've tried a couple of 8+ hours sessions. With them I've felt that after the first 4 hours and then some time out of the room, the provider wasn't in the mood for more play time, even though I was. Since they worked hard the 1st half, they assumed the 2nd half was night on the town only with no BCD nitecap to end.

What are we talking about? Just an average date with a provider or some type of rendezvous with a mistress/dom for some play in the dungeon? For a a provider date, 1 to 2 hours is good. For something a little more in depth like role playing or fetish play or fantasy play; I think it depends on the scenario and chemistry between the 2 parties. I think in those situations it can run from 1 hour to an all night experience.

I prefer 2 hour visit. I like to make sure the experience is unforgetable

For the type of appointment contemplated - I prefer a 2 hour minimum. And require that the lady at least be willing to review a scene beforehand if it is the first time we are meeting. I generally compensate her for time doing the review as well - although rarely at her full rate.

Agreed 100% with the sentiment. For something like Maitresse Renee's True Desires experience, I would think an overnight session to be 'broken' would be most ideal.

Unfortunately, I don't have that much time to myself, so 90-120 minute sessions are what I shoot for.
