Yep. Reputable provider could easily get flipped when they get arrested....(maybe threatened to the fact of possibly losing her kids for example unless she facillitates an arrest)......I usually just use the most recent anti LE info provided to me through reviews and other means......

One thing I notice a lot of ladies...and myself do....the first thing I do is give the lady a hug. This gives me ample oppurtunity to feel for wires. Its no fool proof plan though as wires and survilence equiptment could be anywhere but its a good paranoid start.

Another thing I have heard is to immediately chew gum 5 minutes before session and kiss the client or provider when you arrive. This isn't fool proof by no means either. But if the cop male or female is playing by the book and/or don't want to take the chance of bringing a possible mouth std or worse home they will try their best to avoid contact of any means. If they dodge you like NEO in the Matrix, your in trouble. Did you chew the gum? Well then you should be silent, because now things are very weird. Your still gonna be arrested, but you may get it dismissed.

Just keep in mind in all those scenarios you will still be arrested and its too late to kick your tires.

Now to answer the original question. As mentioned research is your best tool to avoid a trap. Really once you enter the room or she enters your room, you've already passed the point of no return. Even though you haven't done anything "sexual" yet, your mere presence is enough for the cops to prove intent to commit a crime. While, that charge is somewhat easy to defend against, you are still toast in terms of being outted regardless of convicted or not. That's why, the cops want to get you on tape exchanging money or promising to exchange money for sex. Then, it is way beyond intent. Read Shyster Jon's posts. It is very enlightening as to how very little one has to do in order to be charged with a crime. Granted, the charges may never see a courtroom, but the personal damage is already done.

Look at the blithering from the PG County sherrif just this week--he gets his mug on TV telling all who will listen that he saved civilization as we know it.

In kentucky, undercover cops will go as far as having sex with you to bust you.. so the kissing thing would be moot there. Every state has their own law. Checking out the laws in your state would help you more than what anyone has to say here. And of course when in doubt - just ask ShysterJohn (for the Texas folks)

I'm pretty well politically attuned. I think making a bust for such a low level crime regardless of "big name" or not doesn't sway voters. Sure, there are those tough on crime politicians out there, but they are going to go for the low hanging fruit. Maybe flipping a streetwalker or a BP girl can get them some names, but it is going to be low hanging fruit as mentioned. It is going to be the girl who doesn't screen who gets flipped and it is going to be the guy who doesn't do good research who is going to get caught. Just don't be the low hanging fruit.

Well for some of the ladies that have little ones running around it would be easiest to flip if they don't want them taken away. As far as arrests go, I don't think it always has to be political motivation. If the department gets enough complaints from the right kind of people or just to the point it annoys them then they will probably do something. Now from what I can tell is if it's televised and maby the news is involved then chances are it's a "look at us and what we are doing for you" type of publicity. Well you know I would figure that the chances of LE actually touching your genitalia and getting physical is slim. If you say nothing and start getting naked and things happen they happen. That's how I would approach it, we could talk money later. That would be what I would do in such a hypothetical circumstances. I wouldn't just go walking up asking for prices and offering money.
