I love the fitness models and even the US female sprinters in the Olympics. Totally hot level of muscles there. Once you go past that to the level of female body building? Not so much.

My two cents...fitness muscles are hot. Competition body builders remind me of mannequins, they just look like fake people or parts in my mind.

Athletic strong women are hot, crazy muscle bodybuilders aren't real hot but might be interesting to try sometime. I prefer dancer type bodies.

Athletic women are very hot... but, there are very few providers I've seen that would qualify as having an athletic build or quality to them.

Figure and fitness competitors, too, but I agree as that sliding scale approaches sinewy and manlike, especially to the point of reacting away breast tissue and looking leathery, it's too far. Of body builders and fitness competitors Monica Brandt comes to mind as a example of an acceptable level still hot, but past that point not so much. Toned and physically fit is always super sexy, especially with older women.
