Well, thanks MrH, that conversation just killed my urge to play today; I was getting warmed up to go look for Brittany holding up a light pole! I guess it's back to the neighbor lady...

Some ladies do get around the number of times they can Advertise by doing ThreADS in the State there visiting. It's not against the rules doing that.
...Correct me if I am wrong but weekend ads are to be posted on the weekends that being Thursday thru Sunday!!... Originally Posted by Sydney Pure

Hmmm. Looking at the weekend ads today, I'm wonder what the penalty is for repeat violators? Mods??

issue taken care of
Isn't posting something like, "Hey Little Rock, any interest?" an ad from a provider? These seem to always pop up in the Requests and ISO and not in the Provider ads thread.

The requests and ISO is where the guys who don't know the area ask for tips or desperately post the "hey babe, come get me" statements.

I really don't care but if we are sticklers....

a fishing expedition is one thing, jim. an out and out ad is another. In this case it actually violates posted ad policies.

Requests and ISO's is the proper place to ask if there is any interest before a provider decides to run an ad – an ad stating that she is definitely coming to visit. The Request-ISO merely helps her gauge the interest level before making a firm decision that she has to commit to.

At least, that's the way I look at it! And I think most other providers would agree.

Starting a thread in Coed that states "Hey <insert city here>, we're coming to your city, what should we pack – where should we stay – what's there to eat?" is definitely a provider ad. Legitimately asking where there are good places to stay or eat might be passable in Requests and ISO, even… But definitely not in Coed!
Sounds good. I understand getting the temperature before going. I would want to go where I can make the most money too. I just think all ads are technically saying "hey, you have and interest?".

Again, It doesn't matter to me. I'm thinking I shouldn't have commented and i must be bored watching MNF. ;-)
Well, I think it's commendable that you're learning the ropes, Jim... Knowing and following the rules is only one of several integral aspects that will help you provide the best Boyfriend Experience possible. Lol

Points can be assesed from such things as ad posting violations to hijacking threads to total disrespect to another member to making threats or actual disclosure of personal information. Warnings can also be given depending on the patience of the moderator(s). Points carry a 6 month life before expiration and multiple infractions can result in a short term vacation, depending on the seriousness of the infraction(s).

You can check your profile and see points/warnings which have been assessed. You also will receive a love letter from me or other moderator who assesses the points. Sweetie, you have no points.
