May I also offer my best wishes as well. Like others have said, addictions need support (most of the time). I don't know if you had help with the other addictions in your life. This one is no different. And, as with all of the others, one must realize that all behavior has a purpose. Lessing of pain, avoidance, denial, whatever. The behaviors are symptoms. Try to figure out what it is a symptom of and then decide what to do about it. If you can still have sex with your wife but choose not to because of the nagging, etc., sounds like you need to reexamine your marriage. Thats not a bad thing. All marriages need adjusting as you enter different stages of life (single to married, married w/o kids to married w/ kids, empty nesting, to name just a few).

its important to remove ALL the psychological "triggers" from your life like these type of internet sites

its virtually impossible becasue the first time you go out anywhere your going to see some hot chick your going to want to bang
so thats the importance of a support group or at least one person who you can call at a moments notice for advice

or just talk you down, and someone that understands can slap your shit right in about 3 minutes

its impossible to just believe you can read the information here and lurk and not partake,
its all or nothing

Time is the answer. I know I'm no where near as horny as I was ten years ago.The young guns out there won't believe this but you eventually reach a point at which a fine meal will compete with a fine provider and the provider doesn't always win.

JB and I meet a guy (crap forgot handle) at the AC. He was telling us why no more providers for him. As the lady's where tryin to hook him. but he stuck to his guns. Or was that did not draw his gun.
