Been doing multi-hour/overnight/multi-day "theme" dates for years. Suggestions:
Sherwood, Scarborough Faire, the Texas Renaissance Fest, and similar "step back in time" events all over Texas; Westheimer Art Festival; Houston International Festival; Bayou City Art Festival; Bluebonnet, Mushroom, Catfish, Wild West, and a gazillion other regional and seasonal festivals all throughout Texas that could be coupled with a stay at a bed and breakfast; "ethnic" festivals here in Houston like the Italian Festival, Greek Festival, or Octoberfest; the huge Houston Boat Show; guns shows; fishing shows; car shows (check the George R. Brown Convention Center schedule); Art Car Parade ....

You could substitute an afternoon at the Natural History Museum in Herman Park. Start with the Cockerel Butterfly Center for fun. The gem display is dark enough for inappropriate touching in public and then the planetarium is like the movies. Now find that No-tell.
Instead of a hotel session, one could book a Limo for a four hour trip around Loop 610 or BW-8. I can see myself in slow traffic with my head out the open moon-roof getting a mouth massage—then swiching.
What about a swap-club (The Cave, The Zone) or a strip--club?
