20 yrs is about how long it seems to take to actually retire , after posting the first notice . Then 1wk to post the I'm UTR not retired ThreAd. Then 1 month to post the I'm back ThreAD .

If a lady posts a retirement threAD, they're scratched off the list. No sense in having fun if you know you aren't going to get another go-round. Also, if she really is leaving, you'll quickly learn about YMMV. She could care less about a bad review is she's not going to be around.....for a few months, that is. Those that post the retirement threads always come back....always.

There seems to be several "retiring soon"... Some I haven't seen but would like to, but I feel the same way... about no next go-around and the YMMV.

The positive in most of the retirements is that they will probably be back, and they'll be running "Out of Retirement" specials
