When I look at a woman, I do notice small things like nails, hair, eye color, etc. I think well manicured nails send the message to me that you spent a lot of time getting ready for me, and that in and of itself is a big turn on.

Now in the heat of passion however, my attention is a little more focused.

As a businessman, my advice is this: You're in business right? ACT like it! Everything should be done! Nails, toes, hair, etc. It will only enhance your reputation and increase your clientele. For example, I've never seen a female real estate agent who didn't look great while showing a house, especially to a male client. And she's only selling HOUSES. That being said, how much better should a provider present themselves? Me personally, I look at every inch of a provider. It clues me into whether or not she takes care of herself. This is why I stay away from backpage and don't mind paying some of the classier providers what they charge.

Also, get in the gym! For two reasons: 1) It adds to the fantasy and you'll be able to charge more. I've been with several providers who I can tell work out and the sex is ALWAYS better and makes me want to return. 2) Your HEALTH! Your body needs to be in the best condition it can be in just because of the physicality of what providers do. In addition, a provider really doesn't know where the guys are coming from, their hygiene habits or anything of that nature so your body needs to be the healthiest it can be in order to ward off anything. If you hit a plateau its time to recalculate your daily calorie requirement. If you've lost 70 lbs already it is not nearly the same. You will have to either increase the intensity of your workout by increasing the speed or resistance of your cardio or increasing the amount of weight you lift on strength training days. Either way, you can't just keep doing the same thing you've been doing. The closer you get to your goal weight, the more you will have to watch what you're eating. Also, stay hydrated. Drink lots of water and cut out any carbonated drinks (even diet drinks) if you haven't already. Eat as natural as possible and cook at home. Limit your eating out because restaurants always add butter etc. to their food

Daily calorie requirement = 13.5 x your current weight. you have to eat 500 calories per day less than that to lose a pound a week.

And you should do 5 x a week minimum. 3 days weights and cardio (20 min cardio) and 2 days just cardio (30 + minutes) Hope this helps
