I for one have experienced several foul ups of billings from NTTA. It all started with a mistake on their part on my personal info. I was getting double billed auto charge and zip cash. Got it straightened out then a month later it started again. After this happened the third time, I told them to keep their fucking tolltag. It is one of the most inept group of idiots I have ever encountered.
According to a news report some time back, if you owe them they will ream you with late charges but if you overpay, the money may not necessarily be credited to your account.
I only use the tollway if I have to and just pay the higher zipcash fee.
Personally, i think the tolls outta be outlawed.
They are, indeed, a bunch of FUCKING IDIOTS.

rxram03,

I am in the same situation living in BFE Fort Worth and spending a lot of my time hobbying in Dallas.

+1

It charges $40 when the balance get around $5. Also, when you have acct you can you disable mail statements. Originally Posted by Shep3.0

Mine is all done online, no paper mail etc. they now have an iPhone app so you can check your account, make payments, view transactions etc. Toll tag works for airport parking, drive thru charge and also works for toll lanes in other Tx cities.

And yes, only thing stopping freeloaders is the surprise when you aren't allowed to register your vehicle.
