Betzi introduced me to this world with a huge smile, a sweet disposition, and a nurturing. She was way more wonderful in this world than anyone could truly appreciate. I regret her passing, and more so regret that this hobby discourages close relationships. I am not a believer but more of a skeptic; if there is a God in heaven, may he welcome her with open arms saying, "Good job, Betz". You are the true image of what I want of human kind. R.I.P.

I'm STUNNED.
Betzi was so very kind to me, especially when I started on this board.
Always willing to answer questions, and help me whenever she could.
She will truly be missed.

I echo the sentiments of everyone that has posted here.
At the risk of depriving everyone of their chance to euologize one of our own, I must remind everyone of the following:
32 - On occasion, we may lose a valuable member of our community as a result of an unexpected accident, natural causes, or other various circumstances. The grieving process when these situations arise is often difficult and ECCIE has established a procedure to follow in such cases to protect the memory and more importantly the anonymity of our deceased member. A brief announcement will be made to inform the membership and honor the deceased member's contributions here without revealing any circumstances that may jeopardize the privacy of any of the parties involved. It will be immediately locked, and no further discussion allowed.

OMG! i cant believe this. such a sad day. she was one of my 1st's. and a true legend. many a newbie got their initiation thru her.
