CIM with swallowing is definitely the most satisfying way to "finish" for both the guy and gal if done correctly and it can be done anywhere and anytime with no clean needed Originally Posted by whitechocolate

I'm glad there seems to be a resurgence of providers who enjoy the full oral to completion (BBBJTC) experience. CBJs (pardon the expression) SUCK. I get why providers don't do BBBJ - really, I do. It's just nice a lot of ladies are going back or making the change to BBBJTC.

FYI to any gals touring in NE - if you only provide CBJs, or don't permit CIM, expect a somewhat reduced number of appointments from regular hobbyists here. It seems the NE brethren are serious lovers of BBBJs to CIM.
Ditto for Iowa. I don't get the reason for CBJ. I would think the latex would taste awful. Your penis stays in your pants, protected from contact with germy surfaces. Everything that comes (cums) out of it is sterile, unless you have a disease. Your (our) dicks are cleaner than your (our) hands, yet very few providers make clients wash their hands when they get to the appointment, which would be a smart thing to do. If you get a vaginal infection it's most likely from a dirty finger, not from DATY or a cock.

I know, right? I'm a vegetarian and I need all the protein I can get! It's great for your skin too.

A good rule of thumb I have heard from people who think a lot about these sort of things (safe sex educators, ethical sluts, etc.) is "Spit or Swallow, Don't Let It Wallow," meaning that the most dangerous thing you can do for yourself in that situation is take the time to run across the room to spit something out somewhere... personally I think if it goes straight down the hatch it basically hits stomach acid right away and is well-netralized by the acid.

I agree that the biggest risk is from sores in the mouth, but a provider (or client) who brushes their teeth within an hour leading up to an appointment will also create microtears in their gums, leaving passages for infections into the bloodstream. These microcuts heal within an hour or four hours (depending on who you ask). Mouth wash seems to be our friend as it sterilizes without causing dangerous microtears. Originally Posted by spicyzoey
