I've been a member here for a few years and I'll admit the Pgh forums were pretty mundane. But from my POV, things are really starting to pick up.My guess it will be pretty vibrant soon. So, I don't think it's a joke anymore. It's on the upswing. More people joining and posting, that's a good thing. With that, some may feel the board is not to their taste. Too bad, get over it.

You're right Bambino the Pittsburgh areas were previously devoid of any discussions that weren't about amps, SW's and BP girls.
The review section(s) have and I suspect always will be rather lively, but folks didn't really talk much. I tried when I first joined to get some discussions started but no one wanted to talk.
My real life work involves a lot of time online and I like to multi task so I'm usually on one of these site reading/researching while doing my other work at the same time.
I like to interact with the other folks in our community and I'm glad the Pittsburgh discussion section has come to life.

If others think our posting style is a joke so be it.
I'm not forcing anyone to read what I post.
