Speaking of crazy stuff you in the freezer weirdos...has anyone watched Dexter? I just finished season one on net flix and that show is crazy! The concept of a "good" person who just happens to be a serial killer.

That's one of my favorite shows. Just wait until you get to the season with John Lithgow. It's good.

It's really good, you'll love it! It has great character development and Michael C. Hall(lead role) is a hottie.

I think its a lot easier to navigate around Austin vs. Dallas. Great nigh life and music scene. As far as the hobby goes, their seems to be fewer girls in Austin. so maybe not as much competition. I've been here my whole life, let me know if u have any questions about anything girl

Maybe... other factors aside, it's only fair to note that they traded their CA mortgage for a comparatively teeny-weeny Austin mortgage and that the tax burden is WAAAAYYYY lower. (CA has very high property tax rates and valuations are higher, sales tax rates are similar, no state income taxes here.) Instant wealth! (Or at least the wealth effect?)
