I don't have a problem with building the wall on the southern border, even if the USA has to pay for it. This was the same percentage that Bill Clinton had it at in 1999 the last fiscal accounting year where there was a small surplus (Both Bush43 and Obama have running deficits ever since for different reasons). The tax rate percentages are not the problem. The government spends too much money. It spends more than it takes in.We should probably go back to the sequester. The rolling debt will never come down until the deficit becomes a surplus. The deficit right now is lowest it has been in eight years. However, we are still not in a surplus condition.

Third issue, NAFTA. I agree with Trump that China manipulates it currency, making it almost impossible for American companies to compete, thus the loss of manufacturing jobs. If you put a tariff of 35% on all goods from China that will mean that the 60 inch Sony high definition TV from China will cost $1350 instead of $1000 at the local Best Buy. This would not be good for average customer.

Last issue. Trump is a loose canon and will get USAinvolved in another costly ground war. We spent weigh too much with Invading Iraq. The only weapons they found were designed by and purchased from the USA.

With the ACA being passed 90% of all citizens under age 65 are covered. This would be a higher percentage, but 22 states did not accept the expanded Medicaid.

The old system before the ACA was not working. You had 40 million people with no health insurance, many of them who are employed.
