Just had a member say that "accurate predictions" can be a substitute for bona fides in any area that would normally require formal education and experience in the field that they think they are experts in.


So I guess we could have saved a lot of time and just asked Judge Brown what her predictions were instead of asking her the definition of what a woman is which she answered, don't know, I'm not a biologist. This from a judge who will undoubtedly have to decide future cases relating to Title 9 set-up to guarantee the rights and fair treatment of women. What the hell does any law meant to guarantee the right of women mean if you don't know what a woman is?


What Biden did in handling this matter so ineptly, was to create an argument of affirmative action hires when she could very well be brilliant except for the fact that she doesn't believe the Constitution as written should still be the law of the land.


Somebody remind Justice Brown that it is the job of the Legislature to make changes to the Constitution not her perceptions and feelings.
