taking Globespotter's second mention of siberia as a special request addition.

I didn't feel like going back through but per Hardhat Alyssa's second ban was pre-2015. it started in 2014 so it doesn't count towards this year. I can't remember if that was the case for Anna Star? Hardhat? btw, wtf(rak) were you doing in Coed - Mississippi? pretty sure I read that correct.

FYI, the girls are catching up!

Siberia threatened visits to Houston and trolled here as much as french toast. Plus outing houston members.

I noticed she was banned then also but other than the one Coed thread that's all I noticed of her and don't count her as a short timer or part of Houston. heck, she's still banned. I guess to me it's mainly people that would most likely be banned by the local Houston Mod Team or Houston regulars. an official Houston entry stamp so to speak.

I can remove the non-TX and add her as a special request but she doesn't really seem like part of the Houston regulars in my opinion. if you'd like her added that way I'll just wait for GlobeSpotter's update.

anyone can update it who wants to. seems only the OP and one other member does.

the OP keeps up with the previous discussions as well. also tries to keep some sort of order to the list. otherwise there'd be a list who knows how long as I see bans all over the eccie-verse when I'm wandering.

now about the use of the word, "when"? thanks GlobeSpotter! btw, the OP doesn't feel any need to smite/out/connect dots(or lines) such as others. of course, never say never.
