On the last update of the list I did not see Vivian Knights name. I know she was names at least 4 to 5 times and appeared as number 6 as of the 3-2-14 listing. Just raising a point of order. You know...the more I look at this post, I laugh harder and harder!

Seems to me that pretty much every provider on this site is "the best"! If not the best at this, then they are the best at that. Of course, every gentleman that responds couldn't possibly have seen every provider, right?

Don't get me wrong...I just laugh a lot! I realize that every lady listed on about any list is a gem! Right? The 'not-so-greats' would show up in alerts or something I suppose.
