No sweety stealing pictures won't get you banned. But taking it down and then if you try to use it again, then the mods will give you warnings and maybe points for violations. That would add up to a ban. Several infractions can add up to a ban. Using a picture of another lady could get you points. People can report you for using fake pics.

A mod would send you a pm. They don't issue points to people in an open forum thread such as this. That is not how it's handled. Word to the wise, do not use fake pictures.
