Especially when it relates to reading comprehension. And just to make sure no one uses the opportunity to post personal comments about people, even if not true, I was referencing being able to comprehend board rules, which are relatively simple in structure and word choice, when someone actually has the intellectual capacity to understand rules and to be aware that they apply to all people. If you had followed the rules and ethics of the law, you would still be practicing.

There are, no doubt, cases in which the civil rights of minority students have been violated and these cases require judicial attention. On the other hand, it cannot be denied that some courts have been all too willing to judge zealously the ubiquitous allegations of discrimination in our schools. In
time, perhaps, federal judges will come to realize that public education is not an appropriate hunting ground for dragons, monsters, and other chimeras. In the decade of the seventies, courts have entered areas where St. George would have feared to tread. In rendering their decisions, they universally issue disclaimers that they have entered dark, entangled forests of social arguments and issues from which they wish to escape. Since Congress appears so cowardly, however, courts feel compelled to go forward. Perhaps a tempering of this impetuosity and a greater regard for congressional caution can save American education from being deprived of important assessment tools, such as IQ tests, and from being assailed from all sides by those who want more from it than it may be able to provide

Ted Cruz just might be the smartest senator in Congress, and good for him for standing up to Senator Durbin's typical dumbocratic bullshit .....

Unlike Obaminable ... Senator Cruz is not embarrassed by his Harvard transcript.
... How dare you claim that! ... OBama is always proud of his
time at Harvard, and when he was editor of Harvard Review.

We just don't hear about it much anymore.
Surely was a lot easier for him to bullshit everybody back then.
When he was "born in Kenya"...

... some loudmouthed liberals pretend to be "Native Americans" to get promotions, also.

Once Obaminable reveals his LSAT score with his REAL transcript there will be insight. Obaminable returned to Chicago where he carried someone else's brief case for a few years with no legal record to show to indicate any outstanding achievements as a lawyer. So he ran for the state legislature in Illionois with a majority of voters who wanted a Black Senator.

Like when he ran for "President" it was "Racist" not to vote for him. That began our current divide today.

Cruz, as a lawyer, clerked for a SCOTUS Justice and became the solicitor of Texas for which he represented the State of Texas and the citizens of Texas before the SCOTUS for which he worked.

Obaminable didn't do shit as a lawyer, so that indicates his "value" as a student.
