I won't leave the house for a massage. Here in Arlington she had better have a SOB license. They have discovered they can make money with little police action. The Sexually Oriented Business license is pure money to ticket some one for not having one. To obtain one you go through a back ground check. Then they collect up front for the damn near impossible to obtain license.
