That's 4 million dead during Obama's administration and that doesn't even count the VA deaths he was overlooking.

All you have to do is look at excess death statistics, compare how many people die in 2020 to 2019/2018/2017/2016, etc. This shows the Covid death count is probably reasonable or low.
Yes, however, you can just argue that everyone in the USA dies of cardiac arrest, and there are no deaths from Covid.
