I generally use the album art, or an artist clip or something. Whatever works for you is fine, lol, your fellow posters will not hestitate to comment on your taste be it good or bad. My pics generally work as the "start" button but if you just want to embed a pic, just click on the "insert image" button and paste in the url of the photo you want. I do not think you can upload from your pc, I think it has to reside on a server somewhere.
