I dig the location based ads idea. Sorry if you've answered but I skipped to the last page. How would you request admission to the forum once you got this off the ground?

I wanted to say even though we have our pick at each other moments on the board. I do wish you the best with the forum and thanks for the invite. I did have a thought for your forum and not sure if it would work or not. You could have a sticky of just short notice providers and no one could post to the list. You would be the only one able to add or take away from the list. It would give guys a source of ladies that are hour or less available any day of the week. It will allow the men to search through the list maybe find two or three and connect with them and know they would like to see them. It just would be a simple sticky no bells or whistles. Good luck with the forum and hope it works for everyone.

That's a good idea for the ladies who are almost always available on short notice. There still needs to be a thread for those that only need it occasionally.

Yes, it is a good idea, but I can't keep up with all the ladies who are available in dallas for any given week. If I were to miss getting a name up there for some reason then all hell could break loose: accusations of favoritism, disrespect of other ladies business, etc.

The ladies can post a total of two ads per day, how she decides to post is entirely up to here. She can post only under short notice availability, she can post a full service ad under a location sticky and another in the fbsm only sticky. Whatever sticky she choses to post her two daily ads under is her choice.

This is a great idea it would also be helpful when they are advertising in Fort Worth that they are really here. There are many times I have called when somebody has posted in Fort Worth and they are in north Dallas or someplace else which is to far to go especially if time is an issue.

The metroxplex is broken down into eight subdivisions. Ladies can advertisement IN their local area. So far it is working out well.

Thank you Hercules. Also it is a FORUM ONLY. There are no subforums only stickied threads that stay at the top of the forum. They are labeled by location, fbsm amd short notice.

Ladies should post their ads as a REPLY to the sticky. Its exactly as if you were posting a comment in a thread. Find the sticky you want to advertise under (either location, fbsm or short notice) amd post your ad there. Ladies can post a total of two ads per day in the forum. For example she can post an ad in the North FtW sticky and she may also post an ad in the Short Notice sticky.

Gentlemen can post requests in the short notice sticky also exactly as if they were replying to a thread here in coed or the sandbox. It functions the same way Tinman's short notice availabilty thread worked in the requests and isos forum last year.

I realize its a little different from posting your own threads in the main provider ad forum or yiur own threads in the requests and isos forum but if you think of you sticky replies as the posting of a new thread in one of the open board forums it might make a little more sense.

There is a question and answer sticky along with the welcome message within the new forum. Please feel welcome to ask any questions there and we can help each other navigate through the new space
