What qualifies someone as a Diamond?

Sometimes i really wonder about some men. They don`t find women in their own country to marry them and think some smokin`hot gal from russia would really "fall" for them? So much about narcissism. On the other hand, those marriage that DO actually happen (for whatever reason) end up mostly in slavery of these women.
