For sure, Muslims are inherently more exclusive than Christians and something about Islam (or a lot about Islam) gives way to action against disbelievers more readily than Christianity. Action against disbelievers is a large component of Islam and a visibly recurrent part of the Qu'ran.

Still, when mentioning 'Dabiq' it's necessary to highlight the fact that it's literature by and for Muslim extremists, extremists who have murdered more Muslims than they have Westerners. When it seems that Muslim extremists hate everyone, even other Muslims for pretty much everything, it's trivial to have to point out that "God has a son" is also blasphemous.

Oh, BTW, I do believe that the only good thing about Trump winning is Hillary not winning but it's hard for me to reconcile that because ultimately I'd have preferred (grudgingly) a slim Hillary electoral victory despite myself. I'm not saying that God having a son is not a major issue for Muslims. Muslims view Jesus as a prophet. For Christians to view a prophet as God is likely problematic for Muslims as well.
