Signed, sealed, delivered! Who else has a new health insurance policy?

...one month later...

You and I must be around the same age as I'm seeing comparable numbers but am not signing up.

So did it save you money? Is this signed, sealed and delivered?

Are you able to keep your doctor?

Are you able to keep your plan? I see there are no Catastrophic policies available. Was that ever an option?

How much I pay in taxes is none of your business, although it does appear from your ignorance and childish behavior I have paid in more and for a longer period of time than you ... so that should be sufficient as far as I am concerned. FYI: I just paid in more this immediate past quarter than the 3rd quarter of last year, but I had more taxable earnings this past quarter and the extension of the tax decreases implemented by Congress during the Bush administration did not include the lower SS rate, which increased in January 2014. I know how old I am. I know how close I am to Medicare age. You keep talking about your vast experience with all things ... Before we/I was born, how much longer and more you've done anything than anybody else on here, Yadda Yadda Yadda.

That would make you a longtime Medicare recipient! Also a hypocrite and in all likelihood a horrible liar. I have been paying for your healthcare for years now. Nau, er, Now I want my money back, you wretched old taker.

Keep ranting about your silly real estate maps. I know where Nau's is. I ate there the other day.

I also know you've painted yourself into a corner, old timer. BTW -- Nothing has increased in January 2014. Please provide any evidence that ANYTHING has happened in January 2014.

They are supposed to let me know if I was accepted...but they asked hardly anything other than age and location and if I was a smoker.

I had no doctor to keep.

They had some type of Catastrophic policies available for like an extra $100.

What I plan on doing is meeting with their specialist if I can find one in the area.

I was seriously easy to do. I am not lying about the website, this was the first time I ever even logged in and it was simple. But I do not understand how folks with no means can actually do this step. No fucking computer and credit card and this is not as simple as it was for me. So that is my concern. The real poor have no chance of figuring this out IMHO.

Good for you WTF. These dipshits don't believe any of it and they're going down with their TeaWipe anarchist heroes.

I probably should have waited a couple of weeks but was anxious to get it done.

fuck these clowns.

That's not what I asked LLIdiot. You keep going in about Clarksville but refuse to explain how you're qualified to rip Obamacare when you are a welfare recipient. Who said I was a "welfare recipient"? You continually evade the truth. I have never received welfare in any form throughout my entire life and no one in my family has either. I don't get any "supplements" to pay my insurance premiums and won't in January 2014 .. do you? Will you?

How many "welfare recipients" do you know who pay "self-employment" taxes?

Keep ranting about your silly real estate maps. You produced a "realtor's" map. I produced a government document that disputes EVERYTHING you have said regarding Nau's..... location. You produced some hand made bullshit "map" with a hand drawn red line around an area even larger than you claimed in your post ... "puff" for a realtor to stick property up someone's ass ... vs. a GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT. The way you keep going on about Clarksville BEING LARGER than the City of Austin says it is ... makes me think you are one of those sleazy realtors who lie to prospective purchasers about the characteristics of property they are trying to unload on someone for more than its worth just on the basis of .... "location, location, location"!!!!

I know where Nau's is. I ate there the other day. I KNOW where it IS ALSO, and IT'S NOT, AND NEVER WAS, IN CLARKSVILLE.

I also know you've painted yourself into a corner, old timer. BTW -- Nothing has increased in January 2014. Please provide any evidence that ANYTHING has happened in January 2014. NO CORNER. SINCE I USED past tense it was an OBVIOUS TYPO ... tax brackets were extended in January 2013, but not withholding for SS.

You think "Medicare" is "welfare"? Is a supplement to pay your insurance premiums?

I know folks that are half your age that know 10x's more than you. So years has nothing to do with it .... Some folks actually get an education and continue that education throughout their respective lives ... I quit getting my at soda fountains and bars long ago! You ought to try it ... even though you are getting close to "medicare" age!!

(If all that bullshit is even remotely correct.)

Eccie is a wonderful place ... 2 successful "signups" in a month out of how many out of 50 million uninsured ... or was that 300 million insureds?

They should have played the lotto on that day!

What level plan did you sign up for (bronze, silver, platinum)?

Did you sign up for an HMO plan ?

Did they ask you if you are a US Citizen?

Did they ask for your SS # before giving you a price quote ?

Which insurance company did you end up buying your insurance through ?

Thanks for a reply.

This makes no sense; usually a "catastrophic" plan is less, why would they add on ("extra") $100 to your premium for "catastrophic" coverage ?

I know you numbnuts do not believe me and I really do not give a shit. I have insurance starting 1/1/14 pending approval. I had the option of starting earlier.

The main reason I posted was to tell of the ease in which the web-site worked. Not to have you vultures try and pick apart my plan!

I'm here to tell you the website is easy to navigate. There was never a doubt that they would fix it in my mind. What I wanted to see was how easy it was to navigate...it was simple. But I have a computer and credit card. So I can only give you my experience with it and where I think they will have trouble. Not all states have the education level as the population of Mass. does. But Kentucky seems to be working fine so we will see.

This makes no sense; usually a "catastrophic" plan is less, why would they add on ("extra") $100 to your premium for "catastrophic" coverage ?

Fuck if I know, I'm no insurance expert. I'm just reporting my experience.
