Had the Dodgers struggled like the Astros to get to the WS, the odds might have been closer. The Dodgers basically swept through their two series while we struggled to beat a Wild Card team in the Yankees.

No that is actually provided by MLB and reporters use those stats. Anybody can go online and look them up.

Bookies take bets based on odds provided by odds makers.
