No, he would be for freedoms. The right to do what one pursues. They don’t want high taxes, gun control, what car you drive or what you eat. They don’t like frivolous wars. If that’s the case, vote for trump. Even Bill Weld dumped the Libertarian party. Their best candidate was Ron Paul. His son would be a good Libertarian.

WTF believes in a lot of Libertarian positions, the right to do what an individual wants to pursue as you put it. Actually he believes in one or two that I don't believe in. Anyway, my recollection is that WTF does not believe in frivolous wars or wasteful military spending. Make that wasteful spending period. He doesn't like big deficits or eminent domain. He doesn't believe you should tell people they can't eat Big Macs or smoke, although he wouldn't allow government to subsidize their health insurance if they did. He would legalize prostitution and marijuana, and make borders more open than they are now. Women would be free to choose whether to have an abortion during the early part of their pregnancies.
He'd fit right in at the Cato Institute if you could keep him away from Social Security and taxes. You also might want to keep him about 100 feet away from Cato's big benefactors, like Charles Koch. And David Koch, may he rest in peace.
