I love to do a reverse massage. I am relatively good at giving a massage and get energy from it. I like feedback on what the lady likes or dislikes as we progress. I typically recommend and pay extra attention to glutes (which helps with lower back pain) as well as feet. One thing I struggled with at first in clinic was getting the entire body massaged. I don't want to rush anything, especially when I find the adhesions. I'm of the opinion that an hour session really isn't long enough to give a proper massage, hitting all the areas of tension, and the relaxing ending.
