I believe reviews can't be used against hookers or johns in a court of law. It's inadmissible.
The prosecution may try or merely use it as past behavior exhibited but the only evidence permissible is what actually went down at the time of the arrest.

I think conversations about risks like this are important. It's new ideas that precipitate changes that empower workers to avoid prosecution of unjust laws

Well, the topic is this silly idea that recognition of an issue or risk necessitates a ready made solution, which is nonsense. Furthermore, that tack seems to downplay the importance of the discussed issue. It just doesn't make sense.
