All Matador has to do is repair the injury he did when posted untrue information about me. A simple retraction and apology and bygones will be bygones.

If he is going to make me take this to court, I might as well dream big and go for a big settlement to have more hobby money. Even it gets bounced out of court eventually, I will make him pay some billable hours to an attorney just for giggles.

It is easy enough to prove:

1) Screenshot of his post that was libelous

2) Subpoenaed registration information showing ENONONA was not indeed me and the wire fraud he accused me of was false.

3) The final step needed is a bit more pesky--I would have to prove malice on his part and illustrate damage.

Any public forum will do for the legal definition of libel. Not only does that also apply to an Escort Review Boards--there are actually several defamation suits that can be used as legal precedents over postings on sites just like ECCIE.
