What open border policy is that? Smuggling isn't importing. We incarcerate more people than the rest of the world combined. White people seem to be doing just fine if they apply themselves and don't get hooked on drugs.

I was waiting for a haircut on base when I picked up a magazine. The article that caught my eye was about the master mechanics who had to work on vehicles imported before the embargo. That always stuck with me.
