Yes I do dumbass. You want to see my degree? You would not know what M-RNA was if it hit you in the face. Go take a general chemistry class at your local community college and then come back and talk to me. Until then just shut the fuck up. Originally Posted by adav8s28

No proof that the amino acid sequence of the spike protein portion of the sars cov2 virus (Cv19) was manufactured in the lab. A virus can mutate all the time, as long as it can infect it can mutate. The M-RNA has the instructions to make several antibodies. That is why the Moderna and the Pfizer vaccines have been working against the mutants. Originally Posted by adav8s28

Then I read this paper, that DTickler posted about, and was not as sure:

https://www.eccie.net/showthread.php?p=1062280011

Now recently the Wall Street Journal has published a couple of blockbuster articles. One I believe says that the coronavirus described in Tickler's article, which may be the predecessor of COVID-19, was being studied in the Wuhan lab. Another says that three researchers at the Wuhan Lab were hospitalized with COVID in late 2019.

At this point I've got no idea. However the idea promoted by the Chinese military and American media that this virus was manmade and intentionally released by the Chinese or U.S. government is ridiculous. Say what you will about Xi Jinping or Donald Trump, but they're not idiots and they're not bloodthirsty.

BTW, I have had a class in microbiology. So from your own criteria I can speak about communicable diseases. Now scat.

Dear Mr. McDingDong, Is that Irish by the way? The reasons we had lock downs was to limit the number of hospitalizations and deaths that would occur from uncontrolled spread of the coronavirus. Like what's happening in India now, and what happened in Italy and New York during the beginning stages of the pandemic. In fact we would probably be better off if mask wearing and social distancing weren't politicized by people treating the novel coronavirus like the common cold. Originally Posted by txdot-guy
