I just took 3-4 weeks off after an incredible session with Tia Hart. I was planning on retiring soon to focus on family issues and Tia was going to be my "going out with a bang and high note" session or just sticking with her and several regulars. But those weeks off stopped the burnout I was getting. Yes, I haven't hobbied in weeks. Maybe that's what you need.
PS-Tia & Donna are incredible sessions of you haven't partaked.
