Most prostitutes publicly state that they find negotiation offensive, and such attempts will lead to blacklisting. I've never attempted to "adjust the terms" unless it's a woman I'm already established with. That has worked a few times for me, but I personally think you have to know the girl and her situation well enough so you can approach her properly. Some also publicly advertise ongoing arrangements such as x number of visits per month for x per month.

The girls we TIP aren't the ones you pay.
