Natural unless they are saggy and droop. Don't like the pancake boobs. I like some nicely done MM's though. Shouldn't be to hard and should not be able to drive a jeep in between them. ijs

I like large voluptuous breasts that don't sag. I have been fortunate (or unfortunate depending on perspective) to have purchased four sets of MMs over the years for woman I have been dating. Always to their choosing....there seemed to be a time post divorce where they got lower back tats and tits. In my humble opinion, a nice set of well done MMs are the best for both play and looks but there will always be exceptions to the rule. Some MMs are just not done right for various reasons and might look good but Russian isn't much fun because they are too far apart. I could go on and on...damn I love boobs!

Up until eight or so years ago, mine were DD but they got saggy after weight loss. After the first Austin doc messed them up w/ a lousy 'lift' - I went to Costa Rica and my docs did a great job on lifting them and fixing the original doc's crappy work. I LOVE them now!! Firm, but soft and pliable. I contemplated the implants as I would love to have more natural cleavage but, couldn't have adjusted to the different texture or feel of having the implant. My .02 cents
