Why don't we have more providers take pics with glasses

I seen someone before without glasses. He was pleased. But the second visit with him was early morning so I wore my glasses because I did not feel like putting on contacts that early in the morning.
He was very very pleased with the glasses. I was surprised. He thought I looked like a secretary or teacher.
