If they really cared about justice or whatever, send out a press release denouncing his statements and basically saying there will be no league repercussions from players, staff, etc. abandoning ship. Support sponsors in leaving and players in walking out or gouging him on their contracts, neuter his league vote and negotiating ability. Wait a year or two for ticket sales to tank and for the value of the team to fall through the floor and then have the league buy him out for pennies on the dollar.
