I think it is a combination of poverty and their social situation. I personally knew a woman with 5 children, none from the same father, none of the fathers around, 22 years old. Their grandmother was 35. She could make more money from Welfare than a minimum wage job, so why work? Make more money by banging out another kid. She lived in a Federal housing project, where everyone was in a similar situation. This is why Welfare and Federal handouts don't work.

I've already laid out legit disparities across several categories rooted in systemic 'American Values' behaviors. I could easily use these disparities (justice, economic, education, etc) as a justification to or for the $22 Trillion number and the excerpt or thesis from Perazzo's book. So in comparison let's go back to your premise of it being "compelling" and challenge that notion based on these systemic / institutionalized 'American Values' behaviors. (if you know what I mean) I'm not necessarily interested in the data as numbers can and usually do get skewed every which way depending on what square peg you're trying to force into which round hole. At the end of the day it's all about real solutions and systemic changes. If not there's no need to talk about waking up, you might as well keep "sleeping".

From the report you referenced,....page 39 is the correct page to be reading. Page 41 is a table of Hispanic origin mothers...but blacks still win on your page at 70.4 percent of black babies' baby mamas do not have legal husbands.

Half the white women are impregnated by D-money, Smoothie, and Shifty through scientific studies. Projecting that through all of America, then quid pro quo, res ipsa loquitor, and A fortiori, half of unwed white mothers are pregnant because of New York blacks. So the real numbers are 314,039 white women pregnant out of wedlock, and 731,557 black women and women with Shifty as their baby's daddy are pregnant out of wedlock. So yes, blacks do produce the highest number of babies out of wedlock.

Statistics are applied mathematics concerned with collecting, organizing, and interpreting data and determining the likelihood and probability of events occurring based on known quantitative data. It is *all about* normalizing and rates.

Now merge the two situations above and you will deduce that if the population of non-hispanic black woman was as high as that of non-hispanic white woman, America would be.....
