Conflicts with work partners?

Gentlemen , we were sharing a place for the night, she tried to kick me out so I asked for half my money back , I did not leave her room so she attacked me and I acted in self defense, I’ve worked with plenty girls and never had issues like this, me and the girls I work with have made awesome relationships and still work together till this day.

It's a she said she said argument. There's no way of knowing who is stating the complete truth. Maybe there's some element of truth on both sides. According to Lola, Jazzmine robbed her off all her money and threatened to ruin her reputation and get her banned on ECCIE. According to Jazzmine, she was just taking her half of the hotel room bill that she had to pay in advance and felt she deserved because Lola was kicking her out of the room.

It also looks like when Lola mentioned "Jazzmine's friends" she was referring to female friends, not pimps/men.

Yes, neither of them have denied that they have pimps but they haven't mentioned pimps or management in any sort of way either. If we take their stories at face value, it's just a misunderstanding between women that led to a fight between one woman and a group of women. No men involved.

Now it could be that they're lying and pimps are involved but we have to go with what we're given and there's a decent chance that in this case, it was just a fight between women with no men involved.

Some of you hate pimps so much that you jump on every opportunity to mention "pimps" and "Tyrone", both of which were never mentioned by either Lola or Jazzmine. Or perhaps you love women so much that you can't believe that two women can fight with each other. A bad evil man, preferably a black man called Tyrone, has to be the culprit. Hey, I don't blame you. I hate pimps myself. According to me, no provider should be managed. However, maybe in this case, it is just a fight between Lola and Jazzmine? Let's consider that as an option at least.

None of these girls would EVER admit to being actively pimped. They and their pimps know it's bad for business. The only time they ever admit to it is when they've supposedly "broken free" and want to announce they're independence and redirect their clientele to their new means of contact that the former pimp doesn't have access to or control over. But they will never announce when they go back.

As far as the "pimp hate" it's pretty simple imo. It ruins the fantasy for most guys to think of this sweet, innocent young lady, or their "ATF", that they are so enamored with and they think is such a "doll" and is so "gorgeous", taking their hard earned money that they know deep down is the only reason they are even allowed in the same room w/ said lady, to the "black pimp boogie man" that can get her to do whatever he wants for absolutely nothing and that she reveres way more than any of them. They will claim it's b/c they respect women, blah blah blah, but then write a review telling everyone about how they dumped a load down her throat, etc. Lol. It's really just b/c the idea of it burns them and it ruins their fantasy.
